Finca Amanaya is a charming rural property that enjoys a secluded location just 5kms from the quaint little village of Lliber, a municipality of Comunidad Valenciana, Spain.

Llíber is accessed from the AP7 Motorway, exiting at Junction 63, on the CV745 from Benissa, or from the N332 at Gata De Gorgos on the CV748.

The Approach To The Property Takes You Through A Winding Country Road With Spectacular Landscape And Views.  More Than Half Of The Land Remains Uncultivated, With Dryland Agriculture Predominating In The Cultivated Areas With Olive, Grape And Almond Being The Most Prominent Crops.

The Property Is Conveniently Located With The Old Town Just A Short Drive Walk Away And Beaches Can Be Reached In 20 To 25 Minutes. There Are Supermarkets Cafes And Restaurants All About 10 Minutes' Drive Away.  You Will Also Be Able To Enjoy Activities In And Around Lliber, Like Hiking And Cycling.

Benidorm Is Approx 45 Mins Drive And Gandia Is Around 30 Minutes From The Accommodations In Opposite Directions. The Nearest Airports Are Alicante Airport (Approx 50mins Away) And Valencia Airport (Approx 1hr20mins Away).

The Grounds

There Is A Fantastic Salt Water Private Pool, Sun Loungers Are Provided. There Is An Outside Kitchen With Seating For 10 People. The Kitchen Has A BBQ, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Sink And All Crockery And Utensils Are Provided. The Seated Dining Area Has A Pergola With Rattan Covering For Sun Protection, Ideal For Long Leisurely Lunches Or Alfresco Evening Dining.

Separate Shady Sitting Areas Can Be Found Around The Garden For Quiet Reading Spots Or Pre Dinner Aperitifs, Everything Is In Place For That Perfect Relaxing Family Holiday. There Is A Pool Side Toilet And Shower Room, A Small Yoga/Meditation Shala At The Back Of The Garden, Great Area To Sit And Chill.

The Annex Accommodation Inside Consists Of 2 Double And 2 Twin Bedrooms Which Are Tastefully Furnished To A High Standard. All Bathrooms Have Their Own En-Suite Bathrooms. Each Room Has Its Own Individual Entrance And Outside Seated Area. WiFi Broadband Access. All Guest Rooms Come With A/C, Mosquito Screens, A Kettle, Shower, Hairdryer, A Wardrobe Including Your Own Personal Safe. 

All The Bedrooms Have A Pleasant Mix Of Styles With Modern Features Blended With The Traditional Charm. There Is A Small Interior Sitting Off Of One Of The Rooms. The Annex Can Sleep Individuals, Couples Or Groups Up To 8 People. In The Garden, There Are Several Seating And Eating Areas Where You Can Enjoy The Outdoor Scenery And Tranquility.
